MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., August 18, 2022—Global Tax Network (GTN) has been named one of the 2022 Accounting Today’s Best Firms to Work For. This is GTN’s fourth year receiving this honor.

Firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For – an independent research-driven program from Best Companies Group which ranks companies based on established research methodology. This annual survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the accounting profession.

The survey consists of two parts. The first part, worth approximately 25% of the total score, evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth approximately 75%, is an employee survey which measured employee satisfaction and the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
