In 2019, GTN had a goal to define its social mission—something we could all identify with, that would positively impact a lot of people, and that would inspire us to do great things. After a bit of brainstorming and discussion, we were excited to announce that the theme for GTN’s social cause was education.

“Going green” at home can seem like a relatively simple task. Recycle what you can, reuse and repurpose where possible, reduce the amount of goods you use, be strategic about your outings… the list goes on. When you are at home, it is likely just you and your family all able and willing to contribute to the “green” cause. But when you are in an office environment, going green can be more difficult.
Supporting Education through Games and Giving Back
Each year, GTN hosts a firm-wide annual conference where all US employees as well as certain affiliated foreign offices from around the world, come together for three days to unite as a team and celebrate our accomplishments as a firm. What started as business-focused training in 2008 has evolved into the way we celebrate the past year, strengthen relationships, and give back to the community.
'Tis the season of giving and this year GTN is spreading joy by supporting the Toys for Tots mission to bring toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.
The Global Tax Network (GTN) social cause was adopted as a way to inspire everyone to give back. We dedicate ourselves to a cause that the team is passionate about, and we come together to make a positive difference. Currently, we’re focused on education—an area that is incredibly special to the entire GTN team. Education has the ability to positively influence so many and can inspire all of us to do great things—not only in our professional lives, but also for our friends, families, and communities.
