We are excited to once again be a Gold Sponsor at the Worldwide ERC® Global Workforce Symposium (ERC GWS) in just a few short weeks!

If you have never attended The ERC GWS, this annual event brings the international mobility community together for the opportunity to network, benchmark, collaborate, and reconnect with industry peers and experts. A wide variety of events take place throughout the 3-day event, including various forums, speakers, educational sessions, and workshops.

The ERC GWS is a great place to connect with others in the industry. Whether you are new to the mobility world or a seasoned expert in all things global, you are sure to find something at the event that will help you enhance and expand your mobility program.

GTN has attended this event for the past 12 years. Through the years, we have learned a few things that help you make the most out of the time given. Below are our top three tips for navigating the show:

  1. Attend as many educational sessions and forums as possible. Each session is filled with expert advice from not only the suppliers you work with, but also corporate practitioners that have years of mobility experience. You will hear, first hand, the experiences of others doing exactly what you do.
  1. Take advantage of the networking opportunities. Around every corner, there is someone who has done what you are trying to do, put a process in place that you are thinking about adopting, or figured out a new tactic that you have not even thought of. Take advantage of the hundreds of individuals in the mobility industry that are all together in one place.
  1. Review the sponsor and exhibitors lists. There are so many pieces that need to fit together to make a successful mobility program. You need the right vendors that will help you to develop, enhance, and run your program successfully. The sponsors and vendors that attend the show are there to help you. Take advantage of them, be sure to review the list of who will be exhibiting and find time to visit their booths. Be sure GTN is on your list – booth 517!

The event is taking place October 17-19, 2018 in Seattle, Washington. More about the event, including the full agenda and registration, can be found on the event website.

See you there!
