Tara joined GTN in 2019 and serves as Director. She has over 20 years of international tax management experience. Previously, she led the worldwide client services team in delivering global mobility tax and equity compliance and consulting for KPMG.

She has experience working closely with clients and vendors to provide top-notch customer service and has led client service teams in delivering global mobility tax and consulting services, as well as equity compliance and consulting. The range of services Tara provides to her clients includes both domestic and international payroll, equity compensation, and global and domestic mobility policies. Having lived and worked abroad, Tara has a global mindset and is a true partner for her clients and mentor among colleagues.

Tara is best known for:

• Seeing mobility tax matters from various angles, including from the client, mobile employee, and the tax authorities;
• Her dedication in leading teams in building strong, dedicated relationships with clients and vendors;
• Her ability to manage the intricate details and deadlines of various mobility tax issues.

Tara earned her Bachelor of Science, Economics from Rutgers University as well as her Masters of Business Administration, Accounting Management. She is a California CPA and is a member of AICPA California CPA Society, Bay Area Mobility Management, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and the Junior League San Francisco. She is also a member of Global Equity Organization and is on the Northern California leadership team, and serves as the San Francisco chapter coordinator.

Outside of the office, Tara enjoys traveling, cooking, jogging, and yoga, in addition to spending time with family and friends.
